I recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Digital Learning and Design at Victoria University to formally build on my background in graphic design and human centred communication. The course strengthened my skills in learning experience design, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and behaviour change. I worked across a range of digital formats including eLearning modules, scenario based activities, microlearning and gamification, and workshops, applying evidence based frameworks such as Action Mapping and Gagné’s 9 Events of Instruction. Throughout the program, I translated complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences designed to support real world performance and measurable outcomes.
